Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns work and where, for safety and legal reasons, they are restricted.

Accessories and unregulated goods

Unused accessories in their original, resaleable condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please keep your order reference. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Certificate-controlled items

Once a certificate-controlled item has been transferred to you or to your nominated dealer, it cannot be returned through the post or exchanged remotely. If there is a fault or a problem with a controlled item, please contact us so we can arrange the correct, lawful process in person.

Ammunition

For safety reasons, ammunition cannot be returned once it has left our premises.

Faulty goods

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy. If goods are faulty, please contact us and we will put things right.

Deposits

Where you cancel a reservation before collection, we will refund your deposit in line with your statutory rights, less any costs we have reasonably incurred where permitted. We will always explain any deduction.
