These terms govern your use of the Sterling Defence website and any purchase or reservation you make through it. Please read them alongside our Firearms Sales & Transfer Policy and Privacy Policy.

About us

Sterling Defence is a Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD 00000 (set before launch)) trading from Unit 4, Foundry Court, Birmingham B1 1AA.

Orders and reservations

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices are calculated by us at checkout; any price shown elsewhere is indicative.
• A reservation of a controlled item is an offer to purchase, subject to certificate verification and the physical checks at handover. We may decline or cancel a reservation where we cannot satisfy ourselves that the sale is lawful and appropriate.
• Deposits are applied to the balance of your order. Where an order is cancelled, any refund is handled in line with your statutory rights and our Returns policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your date of birth and any certificate details.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to hold multiple accounts, or provide false identity or certificate information. We operate identity checks to protect our members and staff.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
